I wish to set up fixed clients with recurrent billing as well as visitors.
Can I have different levels of throttling for individual fixed clients or do I need to set up different plans for different throttle levels? (i.e. can I set up the maximum bandwidth and speed at the time accounts are set up?)

How many different plans are allowed in v4?
