Account Creation

We want to use FirstSpot to allow users to create an account and automatically get unlimitied access. Is this possible?

Yes, just create a username without any limitation. In fact, the default setting when you add a new username is without any limitation.

How does this work if the users are creating the ID? Is there any documentation on the process?

Is there any way of when the user creates an account that they must enter an email address and must repla to an message to verify who they are?

You can take advantage of our self sign-up feature. Refer to firstspot_guide.pdf for details.

We do have way to collect name, email, etc... We call it "Extra Information Fields". You can enable in the UI Customization category. At this moment, we don't have email verification built-in.
