Kevin, Alan, and the rest of the gang:
Quick question: Why when I restart the server must I manually start Apache? I'm guessing it has something to do with the error "Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?" in the Event Viewer.
If that's the case how DO you cleanly shut it down automatically? I have the server automated to reboot itself at 3AM every morning to freshen itself up.
If it makes a difference, we are running Server 2003 Enterprise w/ SP1, FirstSpot version 4.0.9 Advanced.
Thanks guys! _________________ Jeremy Eisenzimmer

1) FirstSpot will restart Apache during the startup sequence. It maybe due to the fact that Apache has hung or FirstSpot is not setup correctly.
2) You can use command line to shutdown FirstSpot before shutting down Windows. Check out readme.rtf for details. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
