Multiple Locations

Want to set up hotspots at various apartment buildings around town. Have one up and running in my own apartment. I have a static IP.

Is it possible for me to do this without having a host computer at each location? This would seriously reduce my startup costs, but I'm not sure how to tackle this. Thanks in advance for any advice.
