Post subject: Additional Information Fields |

| When users on our network create an account, they must fill in about 5 additional fields. Where do I find those fields? I looked under the USERS tab and do not see the additional information for a user. |

You can access the "Extra Information Fields" by accessing the table fsusr directly (using SQL), or you can export fsusr using Configuration Manager. Refer to chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for the field definition of fsusr.
