Post subject: Dispatcher stops

We are running the latest version of Firstspot. It's ok most of the times but sometimes it stops and we'll have to restart the service. Any ideas what could be the problem? Here follows a log extraction at the time:

We suspect your FirstSpot machine is not powerfully enough. The other thing is that there might be some peer-to-peer/spyware/virus from the client side that overloads FirstSpot. Also, around how many concurrent users are using the system?

Please post your log file firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log at FirstSpot for further analysis.

The machine is a dedicated Fujitsu Siemens Server with dual CPU Pentium 4, 3.4GHz and IGB of RAM.

At most we get 15 concurrent users.

How do you suggest I send the log file? It's 1.6Mb.

Thanks
Carmel

Within the log file you email us, what is the exact time that the problem occurs? The log file you sent us is all on July 12, but the log portion you posted is July 13.

Also, any error in Windows Event Viewer?
