| Is it possible to block a range of addresses? For example: 172.16.0.0 255.0.0 does not seem to block access to the subnet, but I can block specific IP addresses. |

It should work. Please make sure:
1) you press the save button after you add the IP Block List entry within Configuration Manager
2) you restart FirstSpot
If you still have difficulty, please post your firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log file under your FirstSpot\log directory.
