Clients cannot find login page

I have installed a trial version of Firstspot.
The clients can access only URLs defined in the Exception Free websites.
Othe URLs will get a 404-
"The requested URL /login_select.php was not found on this server. Apache/1.3.33 Server at 192.168.20.5 Port 5788"-
The apache error log gives the same:
"File does not exist: /apache/htdocs/login_select.php"

Is it the “offloading” issue described in the readme? The Private side lan adapter of the test server is a Linksys wireless PCI card.

Note that we only support Ethernet card as Private Network Interface (i.e. Hotspot side).
