Expired users

Running version 4 we noticed that if the customer doesnt log off before the exiration of the time allowed the system doesn't cut them off at time expiration ... and of course for short time accounts it is a strong problem

This is not normal.

1) What is the exact version of FirstSpot are you using?
2) Are you using Passive Login user, or just normal username/password user?
3) Are you using the default ODBC datasource? Or you change the database to MySQL or SQL server?

In addition we have periodically Apache crashing or dhcpservice crashing.

Please:

1) restart FirstSpot
2) try to reproduce the problem
3) post the log file firstspot_gw_srv_[timestamp].log under FirstSpot\log directory
