Okay, I've seen the button for resetting the quota counter for ALL users, but how do I reset the for a SINGLE user? |

Normally, you should rely on the resetABW.exe tools (refer to firstspot_guide.pdf) to help you to reset user quota periodically.
If you want to reset individual quota manually, currently we don't have that feature built-in in the Configuration Manager UI. The workaround is to recreate the user, or write a SQL statement to reset the field accumbw (for download) and accumbwUL (for upload) to 0. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
