Hi I've just gone live today for 170 users. I've set a global option which allows all users 20Mb download everyday with the quota reset everyday. the main question I'm getting from users is HOW CAN WE SEE HOW MUCH BANDWIDTH WE HAVE LEFT? Is this something that can be displayed in the info box? Thanks in advance

It seems that there is an issue with InfoBox display when using "Use Global Setting" in Data Transfer. Please use individual data transfer setting instead. You can utilize the Plan to make the setup a bit easier.
*For existing user accounts, you can use SQL to update the setting in batch. Refer to chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for table definition.
