Scenario 3 (bandwidth question)

Let's say I plan to open 100 hotspots locations, each with 1 Mbps bandwidth requirements. Primary Server location has only 3 Mbps Internet channel available. My question is:
how is the traffic going after User is authenticated ? Is it ALL going thru central location where server and main router located or it just goes thru each individual hotspot location w/o directing to cantral location . Another words if my main server Internet channel is only 3 Mbps wide are ALL hotspot locations have only 3 Mbps of total bandwidth? Hope you understood my question.

I really like [product name deleted] solution where each individual channel it available for users and only authentication/accounting traffic going to central RADIUS location.
