Hello again,
The 150+ users I have configured. I've enabled a Plan which allows them 20MB UL or DL per day and resets the count back to zero every 1 day.
At what time does it actually reset the ACCUMBW table back to 0?
Midnight?
24 hours since the service was started?

Please set the resetABW.exe to run at midnight everyday (mentioned in chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf).
We also fix a problem in v4.0.11 (or later). Please check out http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=945 for details. If you are using the old version, you can just extract resetABW.exe and use the new one instead.
