Post subject: Global Bandwith Throttling not working |

| We have noticed that the Bandwidth Throttling does not appear to be working. We have configured FS for global throttling at 12 Kbytes download under Dispacher and we are using IP Based Session Handling. Each client has been configured to use Global Setting for Bandwitdth management. With a meter installed by our ISP through the router we have observed individual clients using as much as 45 Kbytes. Could we have a conflict somewhere? We were not sure if we can use the Global Setting option for Bandwidth management when we are using IP Based Session Handling. Thanks |

Should 45kbps be your global settings upload speed?
I've found this issue in v4.0.9 an earlier |
