Firstspot patrons cannot connect

Clients cannot log on to Hotspot.
For the last few days our hotspot has become very unrelialbe. I was able to log in earlier today. Now noone can get to the login page.

I have stopped and restarted twice. No luck! There are no error messages in the log to give anywhere to start troubleshooting.
here's a copy from today of error log

Please check:

1) Whether FirstSpot DNS and your router DNS (or ISP DNS) is working properly. Use command nslookup issue from the client side to verify

2) Try to access patronsoft.com from the client. Since patronsoft.com is in in the official Exception Free Websites list, this can narrow down the problem quite a bit. See http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1086 for more information.
