Anonymous Login ID

Hello,

I am using the FirstSpot software with the Anonymous login option. This works fine for the first user that gets on to the WiFi zone. This user will see our customize alogin page, which displays our sponsor information. However, if a second user gets on to the WiFi zone, the second user will not see the customize alogin page. The second user will immediately start surfing the internet. I believe this is happening, because the first user authenticated the "anonymous" login ID. I figure the solution might be to set the anonymous login ID for multiple logins, but I am unable to do so.

I need every user that gets on to our WiFi zone to see the alogin page. How can I go about doing this??

Please check whether you have a router between FirstSpot and the client PC. FirstSpot recognizes the client by MAC (assuming you are using MAC-based Session Handling).

Your network setup should be like Scenario 1 at http://www.patronsoft.com/firstspot/topologies.html .
