| I am planning to buy the advanced version... We are planning to have at least 400 customers , what is the hardware that you recommend? Do you offer a Technical support email address? Is there a way to customize the Login web-site for the user? |

1) It is always hard to size the hardware requirement since it depends on a lot of factors such as usage pattern. As a start, try a current CPU (e.g. Duo Core 3G +) with 1G Ram. Make sure your machine has upgrade option in case you want to upgrade later.

3) FirstSpot login page is fully customizable. There are 2 ways:
- you can change almost all the text and picture within Configuration Manager web UI.
- if you want deeper changes, you can change the PHP/HTML directly. Check out chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for a guideline.
