Hello Patronsoft,
I am trying to email you some tech questions instead of posting logs and such in here, but it keeps telling me that I need a Maintenance contract, which I do have, but my email is not the same email that the product was purchased under. Is there a way you can add my email, which is the same email associated with this account, to the maintenance list so I can communicate with you outside of this forum?

You mean the automatic email reply when you send request to support@patronsoft.com? This is just an acknowledgement for all incoming email.
Alternatively, just email to firstspot@patronsoft.com. We will recognize you to be a maintenance customer and will act accordingly. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
