I have several questions about your product: 1) Can your product mange multiple hotspots, with the software running on a server in a NOC?, 2) For billing purposes do you allow daily, hourly, monthly, yearly plans to be made available for credit card payment?, 3) Customer redirection after captive portal login/signup to a Terms & Conditions page?

2) FirstSpot should be able to handle your case. We support several tracking model including access minutes and day/hour-pass for use in credit card.
