I would like to take this moment to complement all the ppl and programmers very making a very fine and reliable program. Though we've had some bugs and bumps they have been dealt with in a punctual and professional fashion. I've been playing with Firstspot, on a demo relationship for 2 years, and I've used it commercially for almost a year now. I've tried several other competeing programs and I've found none of them comes anywhere near to the ease of use or compatibility that Firstspot and her makers/operators maintain.

I'm not saying the program is perfect, in all the world there are very few "perfect" programs in existance and the only way to make a program such is through constant debugging, correcting, and republishing. I have stumbled over several of these bugs and most have been corrected in prompt fashion. There are very few things that I would change in Firstspot, I've found it's sleak and simplistic control panel very capable and misleadingly powerful.

As great of a program Firstspot is there is always room for improvement, there are some things I would like to see added in coming versions. One big one is more options in realtime monitoring: bandwidth usage/throughput, port usage statistics and network activity. I would like to see more customization options for people who have very little experience with PHP and HTML in areas like the cart page and infobox. A small and simple nugget would be the ability to access and maintain more detailed information about the users, something that is even updateble by the consumer. One small thorn I've been gnawwing at every few months is how it treats the counter quota during plan renewals. Instead of replaceing all quota limits with the newly purchased plan, it 'ADDS' the quota totals to the previous values.

If there is a beta of 5.0 availble I would be greatly interested in trying it.

Thanks for the posting. It is valuable feedback like this that makes FirstSpot a better product.

A few of your suggestion is already in the coming v5. We will try to discuss more once we are closer to the release. Stay tuned.
