I have a problem regarding the first spot... When I install the yahoo Toolbar I receive the following message <You have already been logged in! you are free to surf the internet now>. When I go to the Internet Explorer it goes back to the first spot's login/password. I re-try to login/password again and the same thing happens.
I have removed yahoo toolbar from windows and then the problem is solved. What it can be the problem between firstSpot and Yahoo Toolbar?? Because must of our customers have installed Yahoo Toolbar in theirs computer. |

Can you add "toolbar.yahoo.com" to your Exception Free Websites Domain Names list and then restart FirstSpot?
BTW, what is the exact version of FirstSpot are you using? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

This problem due to some toolbar (or sometimes the browser itself) will keep sending http requests to obtain certain information. When user completes the FirstSpot login, it will succeed and the result (usually some XML code) will return.
So maybe your problem is caused by Mozilla Firefox? Copy down the current URL when this problem occurs, and then add the URL to the Exception Free Websites Domain Name list. For Firefox case, you might want to try "fxfeeds.mozilla.org" and "newsrss.bbc.co.uk". _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
