Post subject: Dispatcher Stopping, heavy CPU use
We have a server which has been operating smoothly on W2003 for around 3 months. The Dispatcher service is now very slow to start, will only restart with a reboot, is crashing apparently at random, and is taking 50% CPU use (according to task manager).

Maybe there is virus/spyware/peer-to-peer software in the client PC.
