Unable to install FirstSpot ver 4.0.13 trial. Getting the error listed below:
Module C:\Program Files\FirstSpot\cfgmgr\fsconfig.dll failed to register. HRESULT -214702477. Contact your support personnel. |

Please make sure you don't have Apache or PHP installed prior to install FirstSpot. Also, remove all prior version of FirstSpot before running the setup.msi.
You might want to try to install FirstSpot in another Windows, preferably a "clean" one (just Windows + required SP, with no auto-update or other software installed).

| I've tried the steps listed within the previous post but I'm still not able to install FirstSpot. Is there anything else I could possibly look at to determine what may be preventing the installation. Thanks... |

We are not sure why. You can try to run the below command (before running FirstSpot setup.msi):
regsvr32 /u fsconfig.dll
