Firstspot have stop working

My firstspot have stop working

here the facts:

-I have a valid license
-My 2 adaptors are working and up
-I can see my access points over the private networks
-Users receive a ip from the firspot machine, but its impossible to ping the machine. It doesnt seen to be a firewall issue, now nobody log in. I was working well for 2 weeks, and now its not working at all.

Does your computer has power management on? Did you try to restart FirstSpot (or Windows)?

Yes, I have tried, restarting windows, firstspot, and the power management is on always on.

This is strange. Did you install any software recently? How about Windows update?

Also, please check your Windows Event Viewer for any suspicious item.
