When I put one IP address in this site to pass without login to www, I see that Connection idle timeout (minutes) don´t work because the clients aren´t disconnected never before this time in status site. Is normal?.
All my clients is always connected but it is not true really.

Can you try the soon-to-release v4 update to see whether it resolves your issue? I will email you the download link.

Actually, the link I email you is for soon-to-release 4.0.14 update. So did you try this version?
