auto log-off/kill sessions

Hi,

we need to have a solution with the following features:
- prepaid cards printed out from the application with defined amount of time
and
- automatically session-kill/logout of the users at a predefined time

We need to provide access for external users. They have to request a UID/PW (preprinted card) from the secretary. With this card they should have access until the time is out but if they do not use the amount of time they should not be able to use it next day. All started accounts with remaining time should be deleted at a defined time (midnight). The sense behind is that we do not want to give visitors the possibility to "collect" bandwith/time...

1) You can take advantage of our prepaid card printout feature (under Users -> QuickAdd).

2) We support a varieties of tracking models including access minutes, day-pass, etc...

3) to delete some old accounts periodically, you can write a simple SQL script to run it a specific time. Our user table is an ODBC table and it is quite easy to understand.

I suggest you to test out our trial version to get a more detailed ideas on how FirstSpot works in your situation.

In the user configuration options use "Conditions to suspend this account", "When no. of logins exceeds the limit" set to 1
