fsuserlog delete entries

How can I delete entries in the fsuserlog. I have finished my test period and want to delete all the old entries. But I haven´t found any button or something like that yet.

1) execute SQL "delete from fsusrlog" to delete all the records (i.e. rows) in the table fsusrlog.

or

2) if you are using the default datasource, replace the file fsusrlog.dbf from the original FirstSpot installation zip file.
