Does First Spot manage computer use or internet use only?

Hi, I am looking at internet cafe software and would like to charge for bum on seats at the computer not just accessing internet time. (ie some people want to play lan games or type resumes etc) Does First spot allow for this?

FirstSpot is a pure server-based software, i.e. it does not install any client. In other words, FirstSpot only manages Internet use for your client PCs.
