We have managed to start the software.

We have 2 consultations on the utilization of the users:

1.-two portable several the same user uses simultaneously.

2.-As soon as desconextamos the user of the portable one does not disconnect us in the Configuration Manager and we cannot use it until we manage to disconnect it manually. When we try to return to enter with the same user it gives us Login Incorrecto's messaje.

1) You need to use Shared Secret under Anonymous Mode

2) The user will be disconnected after "Idle timeout" period.

We have started the user Anonimous. Already we can ente all with this user.

We continue having problems of connection. Often when after introducing the password and this being validated us the message appears " Wrong code. Please Try again " and she us returns to the password.
We continue seeing that the users do not disconnect in the Configuration Manager. The Field Idlll we believe that it means the time for disconnection if the computer not this one inactive, but we want that when a user is disconnected it disappears of the Configuration Manager.

Are you using v4? Make sure you are using v4.0.14 (or newer).

The version is 4.0.14.

Really what happens to us is that alone it works with 1 user. We have the FirstSpot formed with anonymous.

It can be that it is for having the version trial. They us sent the key of the version 5 and since in addition we had to change computer, we have sent to his partner of Barcelona the information in order that us sufinistren a new key.

Hello, good afternood, Mr. Alan:

Here we are again writting you from Spain. We had tried to run the file you had sent us, called "license.key" and seemed to be an .reg file.
Well, it seems it doesn't work, showing a "not a registry value" error. We opened it with the system's notepad, and here it shows:
"EñðßÄR÷uVq*Ê¢ÀŠI„Fÿ" As you see, it's not an registry modifier value (or it's encrypted, I suppose).

We want to borrow you another registry value to activate our licensed copy of the software (v4.014, and our's computer's MAC is 00:4F:4E:01:58:B9), or we'll be really grateful if you could tell us how could we contact via phone. We've got our service stopped and we need a inmediate solution.

You need to copy the license.key file over to FirstSpot directory (instead of "running" it), and then restart FirstSpot.

Yes. We have copied it fle livence-key in the directory \Files of Programm\Firstspot.

We have restarted the computer once copied.

On Having started the FirstSpot it gives us a message " No validate licence key " and stopping.

It is necessary that us envie directly a new key to be able to start the software. His distributor in Spain has sent several e-mail with the problem and the address MAC of the card of the network.

Please make sure:

1) the MAC address of your Private Network Interface (i.e. hotspot side) is 00-4F-4E-01-58-B9
2) you are using v4

If you still have problem, please post your ipconfig/all

The address MAC of the card of the network WIFI was manual.

We have replaced the card as which really it has the address MAC that we send. We have started and it works and already it appears that it is not a version trial.
