Using FirstSpot remotly

Hi, this might be a "duhh" question, but I'm curious if FirstSpot can be used to control Hotspots remotely? Example:

I have a coffee shop, hotel and a library. I want to provide separate hotspot in the 3 different locations.

Can I control these hotpots with FirstSpot from one location, such as my house?

What would be he best solution for controlling 3 independent Hotspots?
