We are testing first spot on very sensitive locations and looking for
Buying the software direct from patron soft not through any reseller as in Egypt we are experiencing enormous issues from your reseller elmasa company

what we are looking for

1- The advanced version 5 with highest support level we can get contact numbers phones or what ever you advice

The first spot software would be our main billing server and would be working in very senstive area which we cant have any down time on it

The testing phase have presented many problems such as

1- dhcp issues where users failed to acquire ips and the billing software it self crashed because of this services

2-data base errors presenting failed login for all users


We need your help in buying and supporting this billing software with an A support level

Your fast response is highly appreciated
Advice on best options to buy 5 advanced version with highest advanced support level also advice on discount per 2 licenses

First, please make sure you use v5 final release (instead of beta) for your testing. For your issue:

1) We need a test case here. Please try to reproduce the problem, post or email us ( firstspot@patronsoft.com ) the firstspot_DHCP_[timestamp].log file under FirstSpot\log directory

2) What is your exact error message? Maybe you encounter a similar problem as http://www.patronsoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=545 ?

1-discounts on 2 licenses with advanced maintains
2-whats the estimated respond time for support tickets

3- Is there phone support?

4- Time zone and support time for emails / phones
