so...

firstspot private ip 10.20.7.1/24

Router ip 10.20.7.10/24

Router IP - This is the IP address of the router within the network segments. This setting isused by the FirstSpot DHCP Server to make sure it delivers the right setting to the client
device.

would be : 10.20.7.10 ?

Gateway (for return-path) - This is the gateway IP that facing FirstSpot Private Network
Interface.

would also be: 10.20.7.10 ?

Every thing in firstspot has worked great for us, other then the fact that when we use NAT, we can set up any type of server on the public side. example:

ventrilo uses 3814, from outside our network it is seen by others, but not able to connect. We want all ports accessible from the outside. we can go out but there is no coming in.

When we use the Proxy, everything works perfect, except the fact that local users cant reach our web server that is also on the same public side. (connected directly to our oc3 router on the public side of firstspot)
anyone can access our web page from outside our public ip range, but not from with in.

just as a suggestion, might help some to but some diagrams in your user guide to help clear things up a little

Isn't that there is a diagram for Scenario 3 in chapter 4 of firstspot_guide.pdf?

If you want the client to be accessible from the public side and with FirstSpot NAT on, you need to setup "Port Forwarding". Refer to chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf for details.
