Im using firstspot 4.0.13 Standard Edition license. Some of our guest use a mac laptop i have this problem using the dhcp. The laptop cannot automatically get ip on the server even i set the laptop into DHCP or BOOTP. Its kinda irritating if i have to manual put the ip on all the guest that has mac laptop.
After i login on the mac laptop the infobox seems do not load properly it just state Please Wait. It doesnt load the information. And when i type the logout keyword it doesnt logout instead it load the www.logout.com.
Hope you could help me. |

1) For DHCP, MAC should be able to get IP from FirstSpot DHCP server. Please make sure the underlying wireless network is configured correctly.
2) There is a known problem in FirstSpot v4 when using Safari on the MAC. As a workaround, you can:
- turn off InfoBox
- using other browser such as Firefox
- upgrade to FirstSpot v5 _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
