I have been searching the forums and have not found an exactly identical issue to the one my company is currently experiencing. We are running FirstSpot Advanced V5 and have client sessions which are timing out after 15 minutes. I understand that the default idle timeout is 15 minutes, however our idle timeout is set to 60 minutes.
I did notice that in another forum post a similar issue was mentioned and it was suggested that the user was running the trial version of the software. This is not the case in our situation. The other part of this issue is that the user is disconnected whether idle or active. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? We are not sure where to look for a solution at this time.
