|
|
Hi,
Just would like to know what is causing logged in accounts to be disconnected in less than 5 minutes upon login. I have the following settings in the configuration manager:
Dispatcher
- Connection idle timeout (minutes) = 15
- Maximum time limit per session = 30
DHCP
- Lease time for DHCP Client = 2
This happens to both wired and wireless connections so the AP issue is ruled out.
Do you have have any further settings/configurations that need to be done to fix this?
Thanks,
Dexter |

Maybe your IP changes (due to short lease time) and you are using IP-based Session Handling? _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Use MAC-based for the time being. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |

Are you using trial version? Note that there is a 15 minutes per-session limit for the trial version, see http://patronsoft.com/firstspot/editions.html for more information. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
