Post subject: wrong client IP address

sorry for my english but i'm french.
some clients can't have a good ip address so they can't go to the login page.
What can i do ?

Couple of things to check:

1) make sure the physical network connection is configured correctly. The easiest test is to ping FirstSpot Private Network Interface IP (default 10.20.7.1) from the client PC.

2) Make sure FirstSpot is started correctly within Configuration Manager

3) try to first issue,

ipconfig/release

then

ipconfig/renew

from the client PC. It should get an IP from FirstSpot DHCP server.
