Either I am doing something wrong, or I found a bug. One of the two.
Here is what I am trying to do.
I give a user a upload and download transfer of 100 meg. I have the user set to reset data transfer counter daily and accumulative data transer every one day.
What I am hoping to accomplish is give a user a 100 meg per day limit.
But the transfer never resets. I have to manually do it.
Am I missing something? |

You need to select Upload and Download's "Yes and disable the account when the counter exceeds the below quota (K Bytes):" and set it to 100MB.
You might want to try to a simpler case first. Just set and quota to a small number like 10MB and without "reset data transfer counter". You can then login and start download a large file, FirstSpot should disconnect that particular user after 10MB of download.
P.S. you need to run resetABW.exe in order for the reset to work. Refer to chapter 3 -> Dispatcher -> "When to reset data transfer counters of all users (global setting)" for more information. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
