What browser are you using? Can you try another browser (e.g. Firefox) to see whether you have the same problem?

Also, note that the database in v5.1.0 have been changed. You cannot use the old database files (e.g. fsusr.dbf, fsusr.mdx, fsusr.inf). You need to export/import the data to the new database.

Refer to chapter 5 of firstspot_guide.pdf for details.

Can you do a test:

Copy fsusr.dbf, fsusr.mdx, fsusr.inf from the original zip files to the datasource directory, open Status page again. Is there any problem?

Another cuestion. I delete www.google.com from free web access and continue free access after save this changes.

For the Status question, I still suspect there is issue with your export/import steps. Note that you shouldn't copy the 3 fsusr.* files from the old installation. You should copy the exported file "userdata.csv" to the new v5.1.0 installation, and then import it. Please confirm.

For Exception Free Websites changes, you need to restart FirstSpot.

I copy the userdata.csv into firspot folder and I import the file with the export/import option in users menu.

The status menu works very well but appear this notice everytime that one user conects with the server.

If I have 50 users conected, I have first of all 50 lines with the notice:

Undefined offset: 2 in C:\Archivos de programa\FirstSpot\cfgmgr\user_status.php on line 194

I restart firstspot and don´t obtain to dissappear www.google.com free website.

Finally one error happens in the plans menu "error value in plan list" although it works fine.

Thanks

Please perform the following steps and tell us if the error still occurs.
1) Copy fsusr.dbf, fsusr.inf and fsusr.mdx from the installation zip file to FirstSpot\datasource
2) Start FirstSpot
3) Login in client machine using "sample" account

Also, please post the screen output here after executing the following command in Command Prompt:
dir /tw "C:\Archivos de programa\FirstSpot\authserv\fsauth.dll"

> I restart firstspot and don´t obtain to dissappear www.google.com free website.
Please search and remove the line "www.google.com" in FirstSpot\AllowedHostsKeywords.txt. Then, restart FirstSpot. Notice that you can only do so if you do not use Google Checkout as the payment gateway.

The problem was that I paste authserv folder from 5.0 version because i have my web modificated. You must paste all the files except *.dll files to works fine.

google.com have to be removed from the allowedhostkeywords because from the exception free websites doesn´t work.

Sorry, It was my blame. If somebody happen the same you know we must to do.

Thanks

You cannot copy any old version files and paste directly to the new version as the new version files include various modifications, including bug fixes. Instead, please perform your web customizations once again directly in the newly installed files.
