We are looking that this for managing the wireless in our apartment building. Here is the desired result - let me know if this is possible with your software.

User opens a browser and takes user to Firstspot screen. We include internet access in rent charge, so all we want is user to accept terms and service. When they accept, we then load our apartment info screen. If that screen is closed - we then want to terminate the session / connection.

Is this possible?

Yes if you use InfoBox. Go to Configuration Manager -> UI Customization -> Logout automatically when Infobox is closed for details.

Yes, you can always change the file infobox.php directly.
