Account creation

Can your software allow a windows domain user to create a guest user account ?

What I am looking for is the ability to have my users create a free account for guest coming to our site. I do not want them to have to have IT do this for them.

Also, I want to be able to log each time this is done.

Please let me know.

Yes, you can use our "Self sign-up" feature.

Note that in this case, anyone can sign-up for a FirstSpot account and you can only use ODBC Authentication Mode (i.e. you cannot use RADIUS Authentication Mode and they won't be any integration with AD). You can specify the initial user attributes for each account (via Plan) and we do limit the frequency for each client to sign-up FirstSpot account repeatedly (see "Enforce restriction on self sign-up accounts" in chapter 3 of firstspot_guide.pdf)
