Post subject: FirstSpot disconnects before Timeout Counter Time is reached |

While surfing in WWW FirstSpot disconnects. 2 or 3 minutes after login to firstspot. FirstSpot disconnects by himself.
The session timeout is 300 minutes.
Why disconnects FirstSpot the connection?

What do mean by disconnect? Does the client need to login again? Also, have you changed the default datasource?
BTW, have you turn on UI Customization -> "Logout automatically when Infobox is closed" option?
