I entered the mac address of the VOIP box and set up the user as a passive account....it shows "green" under the user list but shows up as offline on the status.
I also entered the mac address of my computer as a test and it still prompts me to enter the username and password as if I was an unknown client. Is there something else I'm missing?
Secondly, I have an excluded IP list and I want to assign 10.0.0.10 as a static IP on this box. What do I use as a SNM and Gateway and DNS so it'll work?
