What are the parameters for the fields for the MIN/MAX upload and downloading? Is it based on KBytes per second or kilobits per second? I guess what I'm asking is what to put in the field to obtain a minimum of 2 Megabits per second download and minimum of 2 Megabits per second for uploads.
