The clients who are using mac os (leopard and tiger) cannot get a ip address from our firstspot dhcp server, do you have a suggestion how to resolve that? we are running the Firstspot Advanced Edition on Windows XP PC.

Your setup looks fine.

Can you double-check your physical connection? As a test, you can assign the static IP in the client side and try to ping FirstSpot Private IP.

BTW, we fixed several issues for DHCP server in v5.1.x. Can you setup a copy try it in your office?

If we assigned an IP address on the client's mac they can access firstspot, but if they have to use automatic selection on their wifi they cant get an IP address from firstspot's dhcp server.

If we upgrade our firstspot to v5.1.x do we have to use another license?
