Alan:

We have people logged into our system at a reduced global setting of 100kbps and everything works the way it should....slow, which is great. If they want to purchase a package that increases their speed and minutes they go to the checkout and it directs them to the paypal page, which is also fine.

The problem is that the paypal page is also slow and may discourage people from using it as the transaction takes longer than usual. Does making Paypal an exception-free site also make it perform faster? If not, is there a workaround for this?
