Hi there,
I'm having a problem setting up printing via my FirstSpot setup.
I have connected a network printer to the network via a network cable.
The printer has its own static IP which has been added to the DHCP exclusion list.
The printer's IP has also been added to Exception Free Websites.
I am able to go to the printer's web interface via internet explorer, but I still cannot ping the printer or print to it.
We are using version 4.0.13 Advanced Edition.
Can anyone please assist?
