Post subject: Question about Lawful Interception

Hi !

We are selling Wireless LAN solutions (Accesspoints connected to an Controller which is connected to a switch, router e.g.)

Especially for hotel or public Hotspot Solutions, here in Europe --> Germany we need to fulfil the aspect of Lawful Interception.
The carrier of a hotspot is in authority for its content.
When a guest uses the hotspot-account for illegal activities the carrier should be able to prove that ist was guest xyz who is responsible, otherwise he's in charge.

Is this featured by FirstSpot ?

Best regards

Tobias

Yes. We include a feature called "URL Tracking" which tracks all the activities by any users. In the new v6, we can track many protocols in additional to http (DHCP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, POP3, POP3S, SMTP, SSL and Telnet).

The v6.0.0 final release is ready for limited preview now. I will email you a link for download instruction.
