I'm using windows xp pro and the following error prevent me from starting the downloaded demo:
Fri Jun 11 12:36:49 2004 ***** All the error messages of session started at Fri Jun 11 12:36:49 2004 are shown below *****
Fri Jun 11 12:41:47 2004 ServiceMain(DWORD argc, LPTSTR *argv) : Routing and Remote Access service is crashed...
any help? I am very interested in your product and I'd appreciate your kind support. |

Before you start FirstSpot, try to start the "Routing and Remote Access" in the Windows Services Console to see whether it can start without errors.
If there is any error, you need to resolve it first (since FirstSpot needs this service). Also, make sure this service is in "stopped" and "manual" state before starting FirstSpot as FirstSpot will start it itself. _________________ ~ Patronsoft Limited ~ |
