How can I make email relay for Firstpot's user when they use some non-webbase email application ? please help.

1) If you are thinking about accessing non-web based email, all the users need is to access a valid web site first and login FirstSpot to gain access. The users can then get the email as usual (e.g. via Outlook).
2) If you are considering some kind of transparent email relay, FirstSpot currently does not support it. It would be great if you can spell out a bit clearer on your requirement though.
