Slip printing is too large

Hello

I have Firstspot V6 and i'm printing the individual slip in an epson tm ticket printer... while the text is only 8cm long the printer allways prints a hole 20cm of paper in the ticket printer...

Can someone help me because i'm spending lot's of paper in the ticket printer
